59. A representative acting on behalf of a firm without being an employee thereof and who holds a professional liability insurance contract in accordance with Division VI of the Regulation respecting the pursuit of activities as a representative (chapter D-9.2, r. 10), must forward either of the following documents to the Authority:

(1)  evidence that the professional liability insurance contract was renewed 30 days prior to its expiry;

(2)  a new professional liability insurance contract that complies with the requirements set out in Division VI of the Regulation respecting the pursuit of activities as a representative.
